  • Time Taken: 250 HOURS
  • Media: PENCIL
  • Size: A3

Game Of Thrones is the biggest T.V. show ever and I cannot deny that I am one of its biggest fans. I had been watching the show for a long time and had talked with my wife several times in regards to creating my own piece of artwork related to the T.V. show. I wanted to draw a piece with several characters on there, and almost in the style of the one of the Marvel movie posters that you see for the likes of ‘The Avengers’.

This was to be a birthday present for someone's wife. I thought the photo was beautiful and knew this was going to be a stunning drawing when it was completed.

Venice, the view from Ponte dell Accademia

  • Technique: SFUMATO
  • Time Taken: 235 HOURS
  • Media: PENCIL
  • Size: A3

We had travelled there in May 2010 and had travelled all over the city taking various photographs of the place while we were there. This city is still my favourite place I have travelled. I knew while we were, that there would be plenty of photos that we took when we there, that I would want to use as a basis for a drawing when we got home.

This is one of 4 drawings which are now a framed up together. I wanted to draw the car, the engine block, because it was stunning, the badges and a section of the rear of the car.

  • Technique: SFUMATO
  • Time Taken: 20 HOURS
  • Media: PENCIL
  • Size: A3

A work colleague of mine asked if I could draw her dog which had sadly passed away. I had lots of photos to choose from and we settled on one of Molly swimming with her stick, as this really reflected her playful personality.
