THE BRIEF: I wanted to create an iconic image of the dragon ‘Vhagar’ from the amazing TV show House Of The Dragon. I combined illustrative elements, whilst trying to keep it detailed with a sense of realism. I wanted to give it the “movie poster” feel.
THE RESULT: The result is the snarling and terrifying image of Vhagar looking at us dead in the eye prior to firing a burning flame in our direction. I did most of this live on TikTok and the full video will be on YouTube. The print is a direct lift from the original drawing which is not for sale. But you can own one of these high quality, acid free, matt finish prints now!
